We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return unconditionally. However, please ensure there are no defects in the product before tearing off the security tape after receiving the product. Items with the security tape ripped off will not be considered for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened with the security tape intact, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or with the security tape damaged or removed, will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Ensure not to remove the security tape if a defect is noticed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Policy
For our Jewelry brand, while we strive to provide flexibility in our return policy, there are certain items that cannot be returned. These include:
Custom products, including special orders or personalized items, crafted to your specifications.
The Earrings, because of hygiene and health standards.

Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
